Which toners do you buy?
We buy originally sealed and unused toners from all major manufacturers — including HP, Canon, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark, Epson, Ricoh, Samsung, Xerox, OKI, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Toshiba, Dell, Develop, UTAX, Olivetti and Triumph-Adler.
Important: The toners must be genuine originals, no refill or compatible products. You can find an overview on our brand pages.
Do you also buy ink cartridges?
Yes, in addition to toner cartridges we also buy original ink cartridges from major manufacturers. Simply send us your product list and we'll make you an offer.
Do you buy opened or damaged toners?
Yes, we distinguish between three categories:
- Grade A: Originally sealed, seal intact — highest price
- Grade B: Opened but unused — good price
- Grade C: Damaged packaging — price on request
The toner itself must be unused and functional.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No, there is no minimum quantity. We buy individual toners as well as larger quantities — whether you're a private individual with one toner or a company with remaining stock.
How does toner buyback work?
The process is really simple:
- 1. Send your offer: Send us a list of your toners via our contact form, by email or phone.
- 2. Receive an offer: We'll make you a fair offer.
- 3. Ship for free: If we agree, we'll send you a free DHL shipping label.
- 4. Get paid: You receive your money upfront via PayPal — even before you ship.
How are buyback prices calculated?
Prices depend on brand, model, packaging condition and current market value. We base our prices on the market and offer fair terms. For a specific offer, simply send us your product list.
Can I sell without providing an email address?
Yes! Through our contact form you can submit an enquiry without an email address. You'll receive three words as an access code that you can use to find your enquiry at any time — completely without personal data.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, shipping is completely free for you. We'll send you a DHL shipping label by email that you simply print out and stick on your parcel. Then you drop it off at your nearest DHL location or have it picked up.
How quickly will I get my money?
After receiving and checking your toners, you'll usually receive your money within a few business days via bank transfer to your account.
What happens to the purchased toners?
The purchased toners are resold and find a new home. Instead of ending up in the bin, they get reused — good for the environment and your wallet.
